I am comfortable with change
Change is an incredible, inevitable part of life.
At this moment, I accept that all things have to change.
I see that when things remain the same for too long, I become complacent and stagnant. I see that while it may be easier for me to remain rooted, it will not help me achieve my full potential.
In order to grow, I must all embrace change.
Change is the power that causes the sun to rise and set. It allows the moon to wax and wane, the tides to ebb and flow, and the stars to shine above me.
Change is the force that turns kittens into cats, babies into children, and children into adults.
Change brings life and death, birth and beginnings, and turns night to day.
Change is essential for the world to grow, evolve, and improve.
I choose to embrace change. I see that this is powerful, transformative, and necessary.
Each new day brings change. Who I am in this moment is different from who I am In the next. I am excited by the chance to change.
Change is freedom. It allows me to move forward, unhindered, and to realize and achieve my full potential in all that I do. I relish the chance to change.
I see that change is a natural, inevitable part of life, and I embrace it. I understand the power and freedom of change, and I am excited by this.
