Every day brings new opportunities to appreciate something special about life.

I love the way this world works. It gives me so many opportunities to experience beauty. I have so many choices. As I wake up every morning, I choose how to live my day.

I choose activities that bring pleasure to my heart and soul.

I appreciate everything I have and the support that I receive. I appreciate the talents that I possess and the gifts I receive.
