I commit to improving my skills and abilities

I work hard to improve my skills. I am committed to learning so that I can help myself and others. I work hard to learn new communication skills to help me better connect with others. I believe we can become stronger by committing to improving our skills. I work harder

I work hard to improve my skills.

I am committed to learning so that I can help myself and others. I work hard to learn new communication skills to help me better connect with others.

I believe we can become stronger by committing to improving our skills.

I work harder than ever before to master my communication skills. When I hear others communicate effectively, I am inspired to keep pushing.

I let go of any need to compare. However, when I do communicate well, I am proud of my skill level. I am proud of my progress and ability to help others.

I am becoming better at listening to others and recognizing when to speak when to hold back, and when to let things go.

I develop my skills in public speaking and presentation. I practice being assertive and non-aggressive while being confident in my point of view.

Even though I still have much room for improvement, I am progressing. I am learning to accept feedback gracefully.

I am grateful to be given a chance to grow. I am thankful I am challenged every day to reach higher goals.

Today, I commit to becoming a better listener, speaker, writer, and presenter. I continue to develop my skills until I achieve perfection. I am determined to be an expert communicator.
Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. In what ways can I improve my skills as a communicator?
  2. Do I permit myself to fail?
  3. How can I develop my communication skills in the workplace?
